Bike Handling Skills Competition
for Under 12s, Under 14s and Under 16s
The Cycling Ulster Off-road Commission is keen to promote bike handling skills for youth riders in the Under 12, Under 14 and Under 16 age groups (male and female). A skills competition was held at the Inter-regional Mountain Bike Championships in 2014.
Riders should have flat pedals on their bikes to take part. The bike used has to be the same as per the cross-country race with no adjustments to seat post height etc.
