Ulster XC Round 1 – Craigavon

Course Description:
This year the host club has designed a new layout with a shorter lap length for the senior riders (this means more laps though!!) The  venue and course layout offers interest to riders of all skill levels.  The youth track now incorporates more of the trails among the trees and less of the grass area.

Located at the Craigavon Water Sports Centre off Lake Road which is off roundabout 3 on the main Portadown to Lurgan road. If leaving the M1 motorway come off at junction 10 and follow the signs for “Craigavon Centre” then look for the signs for the “Watersports Centre” at roundabout 3.

Seniors: £15 (€15) if you pre-register and pre-pay-
£18 (€20) if you pre-register but don’t pre-pay,

Under 8s, 10s & 12s: £2 (€2)
Under 6s fun race: £1 (€1)

Catering: Catering will be provided on site.  Riders will receive a token for food.

Additional information:
Craigavon Watersports Centre: offers excellent toilet and shower facilities on site and there is a café in the Centre. The trails are open to the public for cycling and, on the day before the race, the course will be marked out using yellow markers from about 3 pm onwards.
