Inter-regional Mountain Bike (IRMTB) Championships

The Inter-regional MTB Championships are hosted by British Cycling and is aimed at youth riders in the Under 16s / 14s age group.  The regions of the UK compete against each other with each region having a maximum of 4 boys and 4 girls.  The aim of the championships is to focus on the skills required by the riders to compete in cross-country racing.  The weekend is broken into a number of different events – Skills, Handicap race, Dirt crits / Eliminators, Team Relay and the final XCO race.
